Privacy Policy

Account information. When you create an account or sign in, we may collect your name, email address, account identifier, and sign-in details provided through supported authentication methods such as Apple, Google, or email code authentication.

App content and activity. Zibe stores information you choose to create in the app, such as todos, routines, focus notes, focus sessions, day records, routine completions, plant progress, completion dates, durations, timestamps, and related productivity records.

Authentication and session information. We use authentication tokens and session data to keep you signed in, secure your account, and sync your information across supported devices. Depending on the platform, this information may be stored on your device using platform storage such as secure native storage or browser storage.

Technical information. When you use Zibe, we and our service providers may process technical information such as IP address, device and browser information, request logs, error data, security events, and other information needed to operate, protect, and debug the service.

Zibe does not currently collect precise location, contacts, camera data, microphone data, advertising identifiers, or third-party advertising tracking data.

We use information to create and manage accounts, authenticate users, provide todos, routines, focus sessions, notes, history, and progress features, sync data across devices, personalize the app experience, provide support, debug issues, and improve reliability and usability.

We also use information to protect Zibe and our users, prevent abuse or unauthorized access, comply with legal obligations, enforce our terms, and maintain the security and integrity of the service.

Zibe relies on service providers to operate the app. These may include Convex for backend, database, and authentication infrastructure; Apple Sign In and Google Sign In for authentication; Resend for email-code delivery; and Apple, Google, or other platform providers for app distribution, account services, and platform operation.

We do not sell your personal information and do not use your information for cross-app or cross-site advertising tracking.

We share information with service providers only as needed to host, operate, authenticate, secure, support, debug, deliver email, or maintain Zibe. We may also disclose information if required by law, legal process, or a valid governmental request, or when necessary to enforce our terms, prevent abuse, or protect the rights, privacy, safety, or security of Zibe, our users, or others.

We may send transactional emails such as sign-in codes, account notices, security messages, support replies, and important service updates. If you join a waitlist or request product updates, we may also email you about early access or product availability. You can ask us to remove your email from non-transactional communications at any time.

We retain account information and app content while your account exists or while needed to provide Zibe. If you delete your account or request deletion, we will delete or anonymize account information and associated app content within a reasonable period, unless we need to keep limited information for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, backup integrity, or legitimate business records.

Technical logs and backup copies may be retained for a limited period before being deleted or overwritten through normal operations.

You can sign out of Zibe at any time. Where supported in the app, you can delete individual todos, routines, focus notes, and other content you created.

You may request access, correction, deletion, or full account deletion by using any in-app deletion tools we provide or by contacting us at zibe.app.official@gmail.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights under applicable law.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encrypted transport, authentication controls, platform security features, provider access controls, and service-provider safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Zibe is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 or the applicable minimum age in their region. If you believe a child has provided personal information to Zibe, please contact us so we can take appropriate steps.

Zibe and our service providers may process information in countries other than where you live. Those countries may have privacy laws that differ from your local laws.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and provide additional notice when appropriate.
